Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 26, 2026

At Skyline, your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our platform and services — whether you create an account or submit an inquiry as a visitor.

Platform operator: Skyline operates on the CommunitySync platform, provided by Trusun Media Inc.. As described below, your personal data is also processed by Trusun Media Inc. as a service provider acting on behalf of Skyline.

1. Information We Collect

Personal Information

When you create an account, request a report, submit a property inquiry form, or contact us, we may collect personal information such as:

Property Inquiry Information

When you submit an inquiry form on a property listing (without creating an account), we collect your name, email address, and optionally your phone number. This information is used to connect you with a Skyline agent who can provide detailed property and market information.

3. How Your Inquiry Data Is Shared

If you submit a property inquiry through our platform, your contact information and the listing you inquired about will be shared with the Skyline agent associated with that property. That agent may contact you to provide the requested information, including rental forecast reports and market insights.

By submitting the inquiry form and checking the required consent boxes, you consent to being contacted by a Skyline agent about the property you inquired about — by email, phone call, and text message (SMS), including messages sent using automated technology. Consent to text messages is not a condition of any purchase; message and data rates may apply, and you can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP or asking the agent to stop contacting you.

4. Information for Skyline Agents

If you are a registered agent on the platform, the following additional terms apply to your use of it:

Lead Data You Receive

When a visitor submits an inquiry on one of your property listings, their contact information (name, email, and optionally phone number) is shared with you through the platform. By using the platform, you agree to:

Your Public Profile

If you enable your listing in the Agent Directory, your name, title, company, photo, and social profile links will be publicly visible. You can enable or disable your directory listing at any time from your Account Settings.

Content You Upload

Property listings, photos, reports, logos, and other content you upload remain associated with your account. If you delete your account or request data removal, your uploaded content and associated leads will be removed from the active platform within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or necessary to fulfill ongoing obligations. Residual copies may remain in routine encrypted backups and recovery snapshots for a limited period until those backups cycle out.

Administrative Access and Usage Analytics

Community administrators can view analytics about how members use the platform, including per-member activity summaries (for example, listings created, reports generated, and leads received). For support and troubleshooting, authorized community and platform administrators may also view the platform as it appears to your account. Platform operator staff access account data only as needed to operate, secure, and support the platform.

Third-Party Data in Reports

Reports generated through the platform may contain data from third-party sources such as AirDNA and RentCast. This data is licensed for use within the platform and the reports it generates. You may share reports with your clients in the normal course of business, but you may not extract, republish, or resell the underlying third-party data independently.

We do not sell or rent your personal data. However, we may share or access certain information under the following conditions:

6. Cookies and Tracking

By default, Skyline uses only the cookies required to keep you signed in. Skyline may choose to enable its own analytics or marketing tracking (for example, Google Analytics or a Meta Pixel) on its public website; when enabled, a cookie notice is shown to visitors so they can decline. You can also modify your browser settings to disable cookies, but this may limit some functionality.

7. Data Security

We take data security seriously and implement technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections, row-level database security, and rate-limited form submissions. However, no method of internet transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Account Access, Data Requests, and Data Retention

Account holders may access, update, or delete their account information at any time by logging in to the platform.

We retain your data only as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy or as required by law. Inquiry data from non-account holders is retained while it remains relevant to the inquiry and related follow-up; you may request deletion at any time.
